Who controls your information
Upscale Digital operates joinupscale.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions and data requests can be sent to luke@joinupscale.com.
Information we collect
If you submit the contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide. The website form asks for your name, email address, company and monthly advertising spend range. You may also provide a website, advertising platforms or a description of the problem you want to solve.
Our hosting and analytics providers may also process technical information such as the page visited, referrer, approximate location, browser, device and request or security logs. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you accept analytics cookies.
Why we use it
- To respond to an enquiry, assess whether Upscale can help and take steps requested before a possible contract.
- To maintain records of business conversations and protect the website from misuse, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business.
- To understand aggregate website use and improve the site. Google Analytics is used for this purpose only after consent.
We do not sell contact details or share them with unrelated businesses for their own marketing.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Vercel. Contact-form email is delivered through Resend to Upscale's business mailbox. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic reporting and, after consent, Google Analytics 4. Calendly is used when you choose to open or use the booking service. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy documentation.

Cookies and local storage
Vercel Web Analytics is designed to provide aggregate statistics without third-party cookies. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies including _ga and a property-specific _ga_* cookie to distinguish visits and sessions. Google documents a default expiry of up to two years. You can reject analytics before they load and reopen Cookie settings at any time.
The site stores your analytics choice in local storage so it can be remembered. If contact-form delivery fails, a copy of that submission is kept in local storage on your device as a recovery fallback; successful submissions are not added to that fallback. Clearing site data in your browser removes these local records.
Retention
Sales enquiries are reviewed or deleted after 24 months from the last meaningful contact, unless the information is needed for an active client relationship, a legal obligation or a dispute. Analytics retention is controlled in the relevant provider settings. Local fallback data remains on your device until you clear it.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, the provider and Upscale rely on recognised transfer mechanisms or contractual safeguards. Provider documentation linked above explains its own locations and safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email luke@joinupscale.com to make a request.
You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes and contact
This notice is reviewed when the site's forms, analytics or service providers change. For questions, corrections or requests, email luke@joinupscale.com.
